the location was marvellous and particularly good for madrid, just next door to the train station and the main attractions in madrid and the sea and the market. it also was in the heart of madrid.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unresponsive.

Our room was equipped with modern air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's convenient central location placed us just a short stroll away from Plaza del Sol and the main square. Additionally, there was a nearby eatery, Anauco, where we could grab quick meals. 🍽️

I recently stayed at Hostal Ana Belen for a few nights and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable, right on Puerta del Sol, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to store my luggage until the evening on the day of departure. The noise from the busy square was well isolated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. an ideal option for its price.
Can just recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hostal Ana Belen during my recent trip to Madrid. The database provided detailed information about the hotel and its rooms, allowing me to make an informed decision. The hotel staff, despite their limited knowledge of English, were friendly and made an effort to understand my needs. the rooms were kept clean throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable environment.
I must mention that the location of the hotel on a busy and noisy street was a downside. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the hustle and bustle happening right outside.

the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions. the room was small but clean and well-equipped, and the owners and staff were very friendly. We especially enjoyed the lovely café Serafina downstairs in the same building. the noise from the street was almost inaudible with the shutters closed, and the air conditioning in the room was a bonus. it was an ideal choice for the price. Cons: Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted. 😊.

Right in the heart of the city, close to all main attractions. Great transportation links, with the metro station and tourist bus just a minute's walk away. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a minimarket nearby. The hotel facilities were perfect, with a secure place to leave your key and 24/7 accessibility. Super clean rooms and a very friendly host. A fantastic stay!
Nothing to complain about at all.
