the location was marvellous and particularly good for madrid, just next door to the train station and the main attractions in madrid and the sea and the market. it also was in the heart of madrid.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unresponsive.

The rooms were well-equipped and the location was ideal, right in the city center.

I must mention that the location of the hotel on a busy and noisy street was a downside. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the hustle and bustle happening right outside.

Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a minimarket nearby. The hotel facilities were perfect, with a secure place to leave your key and 24/7 accessibility.
